Frankie Baked Pasta

Olive oil – 1 tsp
Onion (finely chopped) – 1
Garlic clove (crushed)- 1
Can cherry or chopped tomatoes- 200g
Pinch of sugar
Few dashes Worcestershire sauce
Rigatoni – 200g or other tube-shaped pasta
Gruyère or cheddar (grated)- 50g
- Frankfurters (sliced)- 2
- Hunk of baguette or sliced bread, coarsely grated
For starting, you need to read all the instructions for cooking pasta written on the pack. Follow them to cook it. Then heat the grill to high and mix the breadcrumbs and cheese with it.
Now, heat the pan and fry the chopped onions for 5-6 min or till they get softened and lightly brown. Now add tomatoes and sugar, and cook at high flame until it gets a boil and then sim the cooktop and cook for 20 mins. Now add a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce and seasoning for taste. You can store this sauce by freezing it or by chilling it.
Now drain the pasta and mix it with the sauce. You can see the magical color and smell the fragrance of the seasonings. Now tip them with frankfurters and serve them heatproof utensils. Scatter it over the cheesy crumbs. Now grill it for 3-6 mins or you can do it till you can see golden and hot bubbling.
Enjoy and serve it with a simple salad. Preferable to eat it hot.
