Raspberry and lemon doughnut pudding is a decadent dessert of sorts. This easy to make mouthwatering sweet dish can leave a lasting taste in your buds.
Set the temperature of the oven at 200C/ 180C fan/gas 6.
Start buttering a baking dish of 20 X 20 cm.
Now, the raspberry jam doughnuts need to be quartered and assembled in layers that overlap each other in the already prepared dish. To this, sprinkle the raspberries nicely.
Heat the milk and the custard till they start steaming. Now, whisk the lemon curd in it.
Now, take the doughnuts and pour this lemon custard on them. Allow it to soak for at least 30 minutes. Make sure that a few of the doughnuts stick out to get crispiness during the baking process.
Sprinkle the rest of the 50g raspberries and bake it till the doughnut turns golden brown.
