Thai Mango Cups with Chilli and Lime

These vegetarian nibbles are easy to make and equally yum in taste

Ingredients

  • Mango – 1
  • Red Onion – 1/2
  • Some Coriander Leaves
  • Red Chilli -1
  • Mini Croustade cups
  • 1 Lime Juice
  • Sweet Chilli sauce – 2 tbsp

Instructions

Mix the red chilli, mango, red onion, and the coriander leaves. Then add sweet chilli sauce and lime juice. Season it.

Equally divide the mix between 32 mini croustade cups. Make sure you are serving within one hour when they are firm.
